Hey, I’m Carrie. ✂️ I’m a hairstylist, business owner, mom, dog mom, caffeine enthusiast, and professional hot mess who somehow manages to make other people’s hair look extremely put together. I’m the owner of Rair Beauty, where I specialize in dimensional blondes, grey coverage, redheads, lived-in color, and creating hair that looks effortless, expensive, and actually works for your real life. I’m a little obsessive about hair. The formula matters. The tone matters. The placement matters. That one tiny piece of brightness around your face that nobody else would notice? I noticed. And now we’re fixing it. But I’m not just here to do your hair. My chair is a judgment-free zone where you can show up exactly as you are. Had a terrible week? Come sit down. Need to vent? I’m listening. Want to sit in silence and stare at your phone for three hours? Honestly, same. 😂 We’ll probably laugh too loudly, overshare within the first 20 minutes, discuss things that absolutely did not need to be discussed in a professional setting, and somehow leave with gorgeous hair. I take my work seriously because I genuinely love what I do. I’m constantly learning, trying new techniques, obsessing over color formulas, and figuring out how to give you the best possible hair while keeping it healthy. Outside the salon, life is basically kids, dogs, family, sunshine, salty air and repeatedly saying, “I have so much to do today”!
